31 Bus Review

the muni 31 bus runs along balboa from the beach to the transit center downtown. it has a low frequency but is convenient for life in the richmond. potentially taking caltrain from san jose to the transit center all the way to ocean beach has always been an appealing mission. maybe someday we’ll make the trek.
