May Mix Side A

hello everyone, how are you all doing? at the moment i am eating black rice and chickpeas, wrapping this mix up. having done several interesting things this month, i’ve drafted and picked at a few posts, but haven’t finished very much. ambitiously planning is all fine and dandy, but doing the work and delivering is a little bit harder. need to seek out way more produce to sample this month lol…
this side of this month’s tracks lean jaunty, sometimes melodramatic, a little country, a little rock’n’roll. these are always fun to compile, and many tracks were considered that i ultimately nixed. that said, we have a set of VERY special guest mixes coming next month, so be on the lookout for that. june will be glorious! but for now let’s appreciate the present.
